Operation and Maintenance

a) Before launched the equipment, the operator should check the various fasteners carefully, which cannot have loose or missing parts. Rotating parts shall check for sure no blocking phenomenon.

b) The machine can put into no-load operation after inspect which all working parts are normal. It should be in commonly 2 hours after the load operation. Every time to restart should no-load start first, after reaching the rated speed and then put into load operation.

c) Due to the uneven homogeneity of the material, the vibration of the whole machine working can bring fasteners loose phenomenon, so be sure to check it frequently.

d) Although roller set of hardness is higher, we also should prevent over hard rocks, the iron content mix into feed opening, as a result that damage to the roller set.

e) When horizontal roller pressure more than 132884.8N, the safety pins at the insurance institutions on both sides are cut off to protect the equipment. As long as to replace the safe box can continue in operation. If the pressure of one side roller exceeds 66442.4N, the safety pin will also be cut off.

f) Complex calcium lubricating grease (ZFG-1) has been injected into the rolling bearing during the equipment was final assembled, and the grease need to be replaced or supplement after running 10-20 days.

g) Two sides of the adjustable roller bearing should keep clean all the time, and add 20 # machine oil regularly (1time / shift), so that the adjustable roll can move along the direction keys with crushing force and spring force flexible, and then increase crushing ability.

h) Roll ring wear repair: dismantle protecting mask on both sides of the body, put the grinding device installed in the chassis by shaft sleeve, fastening screw, rotating roller (< 10 r/min is suitable, can use higher speed reducer).

i) Moving handwheel, adjust the corresponding location, turning repair the roller set.
