Hollow Brick Automatic Production Line Vacuum Extruder

Brief introduction:

Hollow bricks are of large size, thin wall, and high hole rates, and normally produced by two stages baking.

Bricmaker had rich experiences in hollow bricks auto production lines in China and we offer economic and affordable hollow bricks auto lines.

The ‘two stack two baking stages’ for the production of hollow bricks is due to the whole process involves two times brick stack.  The 1st stack is to stack the wet green bricks onto drying racks. The 2nd stack is to stack the dried brick onto the firing kiln cars for baking. The group, transfer, load are all controlled by PLC and are fully automatically. Two baking refers to drying and firing. The hollow bricks are dried in multi channels tunnel drying kiln and fired in flat roof type tunnel kiln.

Main production process:

Raw material processing & storage (here omitting) → Vacuum extruder → Colum cutting → Green block cutting → Green block rack loading system → Drying cart → Top & Pull type ferry cart → Channels of drying kiln → Top & Pull type ferry cart → Green block rack unloading system → Dried green block grouping, transporting system → Kiln cart dried green block stacking → Heavy cart tractor →Top & Pull type ferry cart → Kiln of firing → Top & pull ferry cart → Heavy cart tractor → Block unloading → Finished product inspection → Auto Packing  →Delivery to warehouse
