JKY75/65E two stages bricks vacuum extruder is a hard plastic extruder designed and manufactured with improved European technologies.
The receiving reamer diameter is 750mm, and the extruding end diameter is 650mm. Main axle assembly is about 3.5 tons with reliable quality and is 30% heavier than market similar extruders, which makes our extruder with bigger safety factors. JKY75/65E II extruder structure is with good rigidity. The auger and reamer are made of high chromium alloy Cr20Mo. The auger is casted by aluminum mold, the material density is big and the wear resistance is superior. According to different brick making raw materials, we have different suitable augers like type A, type B, Type C, Type D, Type F augers. Gearbox is advanced technology Chinese name brand hard tooth type, first stage gearbox is 5200kg and second stage gearbox is 11200kg. The transmission efficiency is high. The mixing axle, extrusion axle material is 40Cr and tempering treated. The mixing reamer adopts a sheath structure and the reamer is not perforated, worn nor broken.
JKY75/65E II vacuum extruder is able to extrude 35000 to 55000 pcs standard Chinese bricks per hour. The output is high and the energy consumption is low. The permit extrusion pressure is big, which improves the strength of green bricks.
This extruder is able to shape hollow thermal insulation bricks, ganged bricks, decorative bricks, etc from raw materials like shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils
