Coal Clay Brick Automatic Production Line Vacuum Extrusion Tunnel Kiln

Brief introduction:

This production line is designed to make clay bricks automatically in large scale factories in South Asia. The raw materials are clay and coal. Coal comes in small pieces and needs to be crushed, and clay is mixed with rocks and needs to be refined and crushed.

Wet formed bricks measure 84 x 84 x 194mm with 4 holes. The vacuum extruder extrudes 6 bricks at a time and the slicer cuts 48 bricks at a time. The forklift robot collects 96 wet brick pieces at a time. The brick molding line is designed for an output of 30,000 bricks per hour. And the brick molding line works 8-10 hours a day.

The thermal process adopts tunnel kilns with 3.6m width, one drying tunnel and one firing tunnel. Each kiln car is loaded with 7296 pcs bricks. Every 50 minutes, the kiln output one car’s bricks. Every day, the firing kiln output 29 cars red bricks.

We also offer automatic red bricks package system. The brick stacks are grabbed by a traveling crane to the brick separation platform, and the bricks are separated layer by layer through mechanical devices. Each layer of bricks is reorganized and palletized by robots. After palletizing, the brick stacks are transported to horizontal and vertical packaging machines for packaging. After packaging, the packaged brick stacks are transported to the stacking site for stacking by forklifts. When selling and loading bricks, the entire stack is then transported by forklifts to transportation vehicles.
