Brief introduction:

Gripper truss manipulator is an automated device based on the rectangular X, Y, Z coordinate system, which realizes the grasping and transfer of green bricks from auto-cut-transfer system. The truss manipulator produced by Bricmaker adopts a PLC controller, which is easy to operate and has stable performance. The driving system adopts servo motors and electric cylinders, which are high-speed, stable, and reliable.

The truss manipulator mainly consists of column components, beam components, driving components, linear motion components, lubrication components, control components, and other parts.

The gripper tooling is designed according to the customer's brick stacking method, and can be grabbed in three rows one time, resulting in high output and low energy consumption.
