1. Brief introduction:

JKY60/50-3.0 Vacuum extruder is developed on basis of JKB50/50-3.0 Vacuum extruder. The tank volume is designed bigger. The hourly output is 15,000-23,000 Pcs/h standard bricks. It is suitable to extrude green bricks from raw materials as barren mountain mud, shale, fly ash, coal gangue, etc.

The first stage of the gearbox adopt medium hard tooth gearbox and the 2nd stage of the gearbox adopt hard tooth gearbox, highly improved the contact strength. The main shaft adopts a floating shaft structure, which overcomes the phenomenon of head sway during operation.
