Brief introduction:

This production line is designed for internal combustion brick automatic production. The raw materials of bricks are clay, coal gangue, shale, or sludge. The bricks could be solid bricks or hollow bricks.

The vacuum extruder extrudes 6 columns at the same time and the block cutter cut 48 pieces bricks one time. The stack robot grabs 96 pieces wet bricks one time. The brick shaping line’s output design is 30,000 pcs bricks/hour. And the brick shaping line works 10 hours per day to meet the kiln output.

The kiln adopts Chinese advanced rotary tunnel kiln. The center radius diameter of the rotary kiln is 110m and the kiln width is 8.2m.

For the fired bricks packing, there are manual pallet, semi-auto pallet, and fully automatic pallet for customer to choose. We offer semi-auto and full auto package system.
