Rotary Tunnel Kiln Fired Brick Automatic Line

Rotary Tunnel Kiln Fired Brick Automatic Line

Brief introduction:

Rotary tunnel kiln automatic line is suitable for internal combustion bricks made from clay, coal gangue, shale, or sludge. The bricks could be solid bricks or hollow bricks.

Rotary tunnel kiln, referred to as ‘rotary kiln’ for short, is an improvement and upgrade of tunnel kiln. Its biggest feature is that the brick stack does not move while the kiln body rotates. The rotating and moving kiln body moves forward intermittently on the track, the front section "eats" the bricks, and the rear end "spits out" the fired bricks and completes the whole process of drying-preheating-baking-cooling bricks in sequence. The center radius diameter of the rotary kiln is 110m and the kiln width is 8.2m. The daily output of the kiln is 300,000 pcs fired bricks.

Due to the advanced Technlogies such as hard plastic vacuum extrusion, robot automatic stacking, big mantis automatic billet stacking, automatic fired bricks packaging, etc, the degree of automation is highly improved.
