1. Brief introduction
Clay Brick Automatic Servo Belt Robot Stacking Double Lines are used in the large-capacity automatic brick factory, which need not turn the raw bricks 90 degrees before stacking on the kiln car. It consists of two robots, servo-driven conveyor belts and a PLC control.

The main components are branded products, such as synchronous belt - Shanghai Yongli, Japanese Huichuan servo motor, passenger pneumatic components (cylinder, solenoid valve) - Taiwan Yade, Japanese Omron PLC, Japanese Hequan relay, etc.

Flexible changing the type and size of the brick stack, could it meet the needs both of the internal and external combustion bricks. When applied in an internal combustion brick, it creates a small heap, increasing quality and efficiency, and saving more energy. When applied to an external brick, it creates a larger stack with bigger gap that is easy to dry and fire.
