Brief introduction:

This machine is ideal raw materials process equipment for brick making factory. It is used to mixing, shearing, extruding the raw materials. Normally, it is arranged after the crusher or before vacuum extruder in the clay brick production line.

Bricmaker has two models of strong two axis mixer for customer to choose.  The installation power is 132KW and 185KW. The hourly process capacity is 45 to 90 cubic meters.
The strong double shaft mixer is equipped with six grade motor as driving power. The motor drives the pneumatic clutch, after the special medium hard tooth surface gearbox to vary the speed, the power is output by the two axles. The two mixing axles rotate inwards. The raw materials is mixed, sheared and extruded via stirring knife, spiral twisting dragon, dividing knife.
