JKY75/65E II Two stages vacuum extruder is a vacuum hard plastic extruder. This model extruder is designed and modified on basis of imported European technologies.
The shaping moisture is around 13-16% and the extruded green bricks are with high strength due to the big extrude pressure, which allows multi strips extruding and more layers of brick stacks. The equipped power of JKY75/65E II vacuum extruder is 490KW and the hourly output of green bricks is 30000 to 40000 pcs.
This extruder is able to shape hollow thermal insulation bricks, ganged bricks, and decorative bricks, from wide ranges of raw materials like shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils.
