3. Computer control system


The design of the control system digested and absorbed the advanced tunnel kiln control system in Western Europe, combined with the requirements of brick and tile manufacturers, adopted several advanced control algorithms for kiln temperature control, its control accuracy, reliability and operability, etc. The technical indicators are at the leading level at home and abroad, and it is the system generally chosen by domestic and foreign sintered brick enterprises. It is based on the software (WinCC) and hardware (PCS7-300 module control system) of German Siemens Company, and has added the management system of VB/VC language and the database developed by SQL. This system not only has advanced monitoring screen functions, but also has powerful management and control functions. The PCS7-300 control system adopts a distributed network topology (supporting Ethernet network, Profibus-DP network, MPI network), and the module The bus connector supports online hot-swapping function, so the system has good maintainability, expansion and upgrade functions, and provides a good platform for future system upgrades. It is a part of the future factory automation management system.
