JKY75DIII 4.0 Hard Plastic Vacuum Extruder Two Mud Strips High Output

JKY75DIII 4.0 Hard Plastic Vacuum Extruder is designed and manufactured according to USA brick making technologies. Equipped with up to 490kw, this extruder is used for high output brick making production line, whose hourly output could up to 40,000 pcs wet Chinese standard bricks.

The extrusion pressure is up to 4.0 Mpa and the permitted extruding moisture content of wet bricks could be 13-18%, which saves energy for drying process. Besides, the big extrude pressure could extrude two mud strips uniformly and consistently and the wet bricks are with high strength, which makes it easier to transfer and stack in the balance brick making process.

JKY75D III vacuum extruder is well designed with big safety factors and good structure stiffness. The main shaft is 30% heavier than market similar product. Auger and reamer are made of high chromium alloy by precision aluminum mold casting, with bigger material density and wear resistance, and the same quality augers are exported to Spain. The gearbox adopts Chinese name brand hard tooth gearbox and NGC’s transmission technologies with high transmission efficiency.

The axles of mixing and extruding are made of 40Cr after quenching and tempering treatment.

This extruder is able to extrude hollow thermal insulation bricks, ganged bricks, and decorative bricks, from wide ranges of raw materials like shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils, etc.
