JKY75DII 4.0 Hard Plastic Vacuum Extruder is widely applied in brick plant producing hollow thermal insulation bricks, ganged bricks, and decorative bricks, from wide ranges of raw materials like shale, coal gangue, fly ash, tailings, and construction soils, etc.
Due to the application of USA extrusion technologies, Spanish auger, NGC’s gearbox transmission technologies, wear resistant materials application and other advanced technologies, JKY75D II vacuum extruder is with high output and high efficiency. The equipped power consumption is 425KW and its hourly productivity of wet bricks could up to 35,000 pcs Chinese standard bricks.
JKY75D II extruder is with high extrusion pressure of 4.0 Mpa and the permitted shaping moisture content of wet bricks could be lower as 13-18%, saving energy and time for drying process. Besides, the big extrude pressure could extrude two mud strips uniformly and consistently and the extruded green bricks are with higher strength, which will greatly improve the stack efficiency and firing efficiency.
JKY75D II vacuum extruder is well designed with big safety factors and good structure stiffness. The main shaft is 30% heavier. Auger and reamer are made of high chromium alloy by precision aluminum mold casting, with bigger material density and wear resistance. NGC’s transmission technologies were applied in our head tooth gearbox, which improves the transmission efficiency and the reliability. The axles of mixing and extruding are made of quenched and tempered 40Cr, which will not break in normal running.
