Brief introduction:

The red bricks packaging line is specially applied for rotary kiln brick factory. The packaging line can move along the rotary kiln track to adapt to the position of red bricks in the rotary kiln.
This red bricks packaging line only requires a group of workers (about 10 people) to perform a simple brick unloading operation, transferring the red bricks to the transport roller conveyor. This operation is simple and labor-intensive.

The red bricks pallets are stacked by automatic robot, with preserved forklift holes. Then the packed pallets are bundled by two strapper packing machines.
The red bricks packaging line mainly consists of billet transportation and storage roller conveyor, robot stack machine, longitudinal packaging machine, transverse packaging machine, and control system.
The height and stacking type of the bricks can be freely set by the customer, with automatic reserved forklift holes and no need for pallets. Multiple brick types can be switched with one click, and the output can be automatically calculated. All are controlled by electrical control, which is reliable, easy to maintain and operate.
Robot 90 ° cross stacking bricks, which is stable, not easy to scatter packages; Organize layer by layer, making the interior of the stack more compact.
The packaging tape is not easy to loosen and can achieve remote diagnosis and maintenance functions. It can be reset with one click when power is off.
